I got my washing done yesterday and out while it was ideal drying weather. It's getting a bit iffy now so there is more need to keep an eye on the forcast. It was also a good day for a walk too. Seeing some lovely blackberries reminded me that it would be good to get out and pick some more this week. Maybe today

Just another day at work for me.

I've had my heavenly daily shower. Bliss.

Nasty 

Blackberry crumble , jam and tarts oooh I love them all.  This summer I havent even had time to make strawberry jam  though. Hopefully something I will be able to rectify this weekend.

I went to work this morning as normal. I ran an errand for my boss: buying a pint of milk and some biscuits! I had to give her all the change and the receipt.

When I got home I had another shower: I was all hot and sweaty. This includes a cold shower. I am also browsing online and have done some domestic chores.

Yesterday, on my way to the mid week shop and art group, I called in on my aunt who has had health issues recently (I think I have mentioned her previously). She is improving and able to walk very short distances but things are going slowly. She is in good spirits and determined to get out again, which was good to find.

Day number four of my work week.

We took the so's varifocal specs back for a no quibble full refund after the trial was unsuccessful. Headaches and loss of peripheral vision was the issue. That and the price. At £530 more was expected.

For a 'No Quibble' guarantee, she certainly did her very best to talk out the refund, and to try longer; including "But you must see it from our point of view. We are losing out!"

Shouldn't have gone to Specsavers.

I filled-in my pillbox and ordered my medication online. I also put on a quick load of laundry and am airing out my apartment. I am browsing online and listening to the radio, too.

We have our heaviest ever crop of apples... 

Thats one thing I miss from up north.  I had four apple trees in. y yard that produced heavily.
