I do. Today - for instance - I had a three and half hour nap. I felt so much better afterwards. I have always napped in the daytime. It is refreshing and charges up my batteries. It helps that I work for myself in a domestic environment.
If you're able, I'd advise a power-nap every now and then. It really makes you feel good. It is something cats do, too: like Tiddler sleeping on my dad's chair in the conservatory. But that's another story.
Are you able to nap? Maybe not every day, but sometimes? Do you feel it is good for your health?

I do sometimes nap. When I feel that my body is telling me especially If I yawn a lot, then I know that I have to lay on my bed or the couch. Power nap of 20-30 mins is enough. I also like sleeping and I try my best to sleep not later than 11pm. I don't succeed all the time but other times, it's all good.
Lately my sleep pattern has been a bit haywire and I am waking half an hour later. It may have something to do with the mornings getting darker though so I will see what happens with the change of the clocks.
I do NOT want to get up early tomorrow: I want to rest my eyes and body fully. I am very much looking forward to bedtime tonight.
I find it better to have a reasonable fixed time to get up, otherwise my organisation is all messed up. If I am tired I doze in spare moments throughout the day. More like meditation than actual sleep.

Regular times getting up suit most people, and certainly me.

I just love my sleep. I do also like the morning: I brush my teeth, make myself a cup of coffee and clean & tidy my apartment. I also air out my apartment every day. Still, I love sleeping at night.

Strangely enough, I woke up extremely early today. I just could not sleep and had a restless night. HOWEVER, I am going to have a nap this afternoon. Just to rest my eyes.
I do still love my sleep but I felt restless and had to get out of bed earlier than usual. Still, I got myself organized.
Power naps are 15 min. naps not 3 and 1/2 hrs. LOL! I don't do power naps because they just leave me sleepier than I already was. The only time I really nap is like when I'm on vacation or have several days off. I hate when I can't sleep because I hate being tired. I have chronic fatigue due to health issues. I have slept as much as 12 hrs in one shot. Woke feeling half way decent. Generally my arthritis and my lungs won't let me sleep more than 10 tops if even that. I adore resting.
