just the usual agony

I feel a bit unsettled from overdoing the indulgence yesterday (more food than alcohol). I will reduce things a bit today.

A bit of a tummy ache this morning. Way too much food and drink.

Not to bad this morning. It might have to do with me being on vacation.

I am in all the usual pain, plus both my arms from having to hold up a string of lights

I'm only small.. it hurts.

Just a little pain in my ankle. I slightly twisted it last night.

I still have some back pain but it seems to be getting better.

Just a slight tinge in my back this morning. Nothing to cause ny issues.

I remember getting something like that many years ago. It suddenly felt as if my heart had suddenly gone out of sync. I sort of willed it back again and all was Ok. I worried a bit after that and suspect it may have been a heart issue but all has been Ok since. My family don't have a history of heart issues, as far as I am aware.

No back pain this morning. Thats a plus right off.

Looking long term its one of the reasons we bought this house. We have everything downstairs if need be.

This is very important. In my Nan's home the residents use a lift: they can't get up and down the stairs when they are just too frail and use walking aids and wheelchairs.

90 year old women cannot walk up and down stairs usually.
