You set your own targets, and you measure whatever you want to measure. Karen and I are both about the weight we want to be, and we are measuring in pounds.

So draw your own parameters. For instance, if you want to lose 10 pounds, set an initial target of 3 pounds... That is achievable, and a worthwhile target.

Ah so say if I had a target of 120 pounds for example, and I would weigh 125 pounds, I would say 5 over!

I'm up one to three over this Saturday. I'll blame the wine I had last evening. It's not often I drink any these days but I was given a bottle.
I do have a soft spot for wine. Luckily, I don't drink alone, and my so rarely drinks at all. Hence, I don't have to worry about the carbs in alcohol.
I do enjoy a lot of different alcohols. I think I take after my dad, he was an alcoholic. I never have been, but I suspect I could be... If given similar circumstances to him.
