lol mine is pretty regular. There is a pretty large range of when you can get your cycle and it still be normal.. like mine usually comes anywhere from day 27 to day 31. Sometimes before then, and sometimes after that, but not often. I think it's normal for it to be up to 34 or 35? So even still.. still okay!

Cher will ALWAYS be young. And Heather, I don't concern myself about being a little late, but if it gets to the week-late stage, I worry. Luckily, that hasn't happened often; mostly it's just been a few days. I mentioned this a long time ago, but I wonder how men would feel if they had to deal with what we do every month? They would be whining like babies!
I had a regular 28 days cycle before the pregnancy, now it changed to 26 days, but still it's quite regular. I can only have it few days sooner if I'm on a strict diet or few days later if the weather changes a lot.

I also always have +1 kilo 1-2 days before my period comes, it disappears in few days, but still makes me nervous every month. Like what did I eat to gain a whole kilo in 1 day. I actually write down everything I eat in a special app, so I know for sure my calories income for everyday and usually no surprises in weight gaining...

You can't beat good old fashioned water retention to get you down, particularly just as you are feeling like crap.

You are so disciplined Mary.
I need to learn a bit of that.
You don't if you don't have weight problems. Though I think it's good for your health anyway...
Mary... Which app do you use to track your diet? I will probably need to track my food for a bit to see what makes me feel bad.. or what makes me feel good. Does it let you also say how you feel that day? I'll be looking into something like that over the next few weeks.
Lately.. my periods have been making me feel pretty sick before they come. I feel like it started more this year... and a lot more headaches.. and anxiety. My breasts also get painful for about a week or more (more than in the past). Not to mention my periods stopping and going a bit. You know, like.. heavy/medium flow.. then light.. then back to heavy/medium.. I am starting to wonder if I have a hormonal imbalance. I know I have in the past and had to use progesterone for a bit.. but I haven't for a few years now. The progesterone was making me way more moody after a while lol
I'll get it checked during my next doctor appointment. Unless it works itself out by then =p

I used progesterone for about a half of my pregnancy.
This is the link for my app: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.harmonicsoft.caloriecounter&hl=ru, but I'm not sure if there's possibility to use it in other languages than Russian. I really love this app! You can write down the food you ate or you can just make a photo of it without leaving an app and write it down later when you'll have a time for that. You can make notes on every day and choose a smile showing what your mood on that day was. You can also write down your physical exercises or things that you did around the house, like swepping the floor, playing with kids, having sex and so on, the app shows much calories did you burn doing this. It can also remind you to write the food down, until you get used to it. It's quite a good app, hope you'll find something like this in English.
