Learn Canada's instead.
I feel like I should know... how to solve a Rubik's Cube. I'm intelligent, but I don't have the patience or desire to learn. The boys will get them before me, tsk tsk.

There are lots of things. My worst is getting to know people and exchanging names then just as quickly forgetting their names. I am terrible with names and it is very embarrasing at times.

Oh dear, you are really playing my song tonight.
My bad memory is official. I had it measured by a psychologist not so long ago.

You just described me. I don't know why but it's the only thing that I can never seem to remember.
I forget the names literally 3 seconds after hearing them. I also mix names of places and personal names a lot. I was confused and was going back and forth, when Annie said she's from north California, I kept thinking wait, did she say north California or Carolina? They both start on Ca and contain an R and are similar in the number of letters they contain. Why am I so bad at geography, teachers, I blame you.
I feel like I should know what I've learnt in school. I forgot most of the stuff. Or maybe it's in there somewhere but I have no way of accessing it. Like a huge unorganized archive or something. Am I being too optimistic right now?
Trivia, I am so bad at crosswords, literally the only thing I'm super confident about solving are the two letter ones where you write the first letter of first and last names of a person that is written as a clue.
These things like "sun king" and "black gold", somehow I was just expected to know this in school and nobody told me what it meant (sun king is Louis XIV and black gold is coal, not sure if it's the same abroad). So you're saying a 15 year old me is supposed to watch the news daily in hopes of somehow assimilating this knowledge? Yeah, not gonna happen.
I am poor at crosswords too but do like doing Soduku occasionally. Usually at my mum's as she takes a newspaper so I do some of them.I find it funny how school stuff can come back after years hidden away. An example is French. I never did it at any great level but can sometimes remember words and translate them without really thinking whereas I find it very difficult with any new language.

I should know how to speak French. I've always wanted to be fluent in the language. So much so, I attended classes. But I just could not get on with French. It is a real shame. But I am actually really good at German. Still, I never pursued it. I would be fluent within a few years of learning the language, though. German is really easy.
