Favorite Romantic Videos (tasteful of course)

I'm not a fan of watching people chew each other's faces off.

I think one of the most romantic scenes in film is still Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore in ghost at the potters wheel.

Porn, even soft porn really doesn't do it for me , all that yapping away like Lassie on heat just does my head in.

Being romantic to me is quite simple, a walk together while talking about anything mindless, planning a getaway together, going to a concert, dancing and enjoying a good time todays, having a nice meal together in a nice setting.... to me, being romantic does not have to do anything to sex or physical activities.

I'd probably share videos of elderly couples who were with each other for decades still caring and doing nice things for each other ;p My idea of romance.. keeping the spark alive with small every day gestures and kindness.

Romance to me is a moment, a look, a real or even an imagined place..... Really it can be lots of things so lots of movies may qualify. I think that anything too explicit is a romance killer as romance is more in the mind and anything too explicit kills imagination, just fuelling lust or disgust instead.

My SO a few days ago told me that if I was ever murdered that he'd avenge me. He said even if he had to wait 30 years for the person to be released from prison, he'd be there waiting for them LOL I thought it was touching and kind of romantic, but I hope he wouldn't actually waste his life away like that!

He sounds like a guy in love, and dangerous.

I don't think my husband is that dedicated to me. He will take my car for smoke check and repair but other than that, I have to ask him if I want him to do something. His excuse is " you are just too capable, I don't know what I can do for you". My girlfriends told me the same thing, they think I should act helpless sometime but it is not my style.

I think women like us have too much pride for that

I have little time for girly girlies. I used to work with one. She could really get under my skin.
