I've had a very upset stomach. I've taken some medication for it and it seems to feel more soothed and comfortable. But these past two weeks something I've been eating has disagreed with me. I was in a lot of pain. It was a good job my social club was cancelled last night: I wouldn't have been able to go there anyway.
My dad has been complaining of the same problem. It's strange. Maybe there's some infection going around. I've been all right a few weeks ago. But something has changed. The bacteria in my gut are very unhappy and need help.

My so gets that more often than she should. She swears by fasting for it.
Yes the shovelling of all the gravel didnt help but the death blow was my dog last night. As we walked he suddenly swerved in front of me and stopped dead. It was like hitting a concrete post. I stumbled , tripped and although I didnt fall I twisted and very awkwardly put all of my weight on my left leg. I felt the pop and Ive been limping since!

Hopefully you haven't dislocated your knee joint Cassie.
Often they will pop back into place but if the pain continues you may need to get a checkup by a health professional.
I pulled a muscle in my back yesterday. I realised as soon as I did it. Mostly I don't so am unsure but this time it was obvious. A sudden stabbing pain when I moved, probably awkwardly. It's not too bad and wont stop me doing things. Just a pain

Do you all do full range of motion on every joint every day?
It does cut back on all these aches and pains...
Not as such but I do naturally move things regularly. Like with my back I remember bending in a toe touching movement to pick something up earlier in the morning. No issues then. Interestingly though the muscle concerned is not the one for that. It's one affecting getting up after sitting down. I can do almost any other movement and feel few twinges at all. Things are far better this morning and I would hope clear up soon.

Hmmm...
Can we therefore take it as read, that I have nagged you lots, and lots, to do it?
So much so, that you agree to get started immediately, for the benefit of your long term health...
It will just save me having to type out a whole stream of incessant and annoying nags.

I've been getting a pain up into my ear... and I keep feeling like all my bones are in the wrong place in my upper back and chest... My knees are a little achy, too.. and feels like I need to pop my hip.
lol I usually only have 1-2 issues in a day on average, so it's a bit much.
