Video Games

We have just entered the 21st century here. My daughter bought us a ps3 and we are playing Little Big Planet.

LA Noire was pretty awesome. I could never get into Dota...

Yeah. I could never get driving down in that game. I always had to do the three time fail and skip the scene. XXDDD

LOL I haven't failed the driving parts too much, usually I fail it once or twice, but the third time is always the charm. I just always crash into stuff and have to back up, and sometimes I lose them!

What I am worst at is tailing suspects =/ I fail those the most, but I haven't skipped any scenes yet, I just keep at it until I do it right lol but it sure can get annoying.

Star Wars is the BOMB.

I mean, sure - the acting in the movies suck and the graphics kind of look like my video games (lol), but the lore is great. Everything about Star Wars is rich in creativity, story, and whatever else. Granted, they jacked some stuff up in the books, but hey - it happens.

Maybe younger generations are more nerdy that their ancestors (lol - joke).

That is true. Even though one of my co-workers thinks you have to be a gay man to enjoy video games.

i play a farm game on my phone, kinda addictive, and i also play an online game called Mafia City, again very addictive.
My OH has xbox one, i sometimes play that but just as i get into a game when hes completed it he trades it in for a newer one, so far hes done it with Fable (kinda like a sims type game), Oblivion (same sort of gasme as Fable), and i got right into titan fall. I actually did the campaign on Call of Duty ghosts before, now i want the 2nd one to do it on there too. He has advanced warfare but its not the best COD game in all honesty.
i used to have ipod and play a smurfs game, i loved that game haha

yeah i don't remember what oblivion it was but it said elder scrolls in the name haha.
with xbox games sometimes i actually prefer to watch OH play them, he plays forza horizon 2 alot atm, i don't mind watching him on that bcos he plays live so he pisses people off that are also playing live, it annoys the other people bcos my OH never has his head piece in and on xbox one u need either the head piece or kinect in to be able to talk so they can hear u, they dont like that he doesnt they always want to argue but he aint that sorta guy haha

I don't play console games. THEY ARE TOO HARD.

But I would KILL for Red Dead Redemption for the PC. Why hasn't it come out yet?! Blasphemy!

At the moment, I slipped back into The Secret World.

I use the heck out of my mic when I am PvPing (Player-Vs-Player) to yell and vent my frustrations that people are stupid sometimes. Lol.

Console gaming. Ew.

The only console games I liked were Red Dead Redemption and the Fable series.

I mean, yeah, of course I played all of that. I just don't play XBox or Playstations. Games have gotten far too complicated on those things...

Things like Assassin's Creed and stuff like that. Though, I've beaten them on the PC, so it's no big deal.

Ah, no. But I have seen the trailers for it. I'm more of an MMO person, though.

Haha, something similar happened to me about two years ago.

I was playing Tomb Raider multiplayer. They have it set so that your mic is automatically turned on (how dumb!), and it was my first time playing. So, I'm just running around killing people and laughing hysterically while saying stuff like.. "BOOM, BITCH!" I have a habit of saying things like that when playing shooters, especially when I get a nice kill or headshot lol so, yeah... I felt pretty embarrassed when I realized everyone could hear me.... haha, but I didn't find out until the next match or two when someone told me to turn off my mic before the round started. They were hearing my game because I wasn't using a headset, so luckily I was able to turn it off before more people heard me speaking =p
