America is without a shadow of a doubt the most powerful fighting country in the world.
Perhaps it is time to start using that power to stop fighting.
As soon as a war breaks out anywhere, send in the americans to stop the fighting.
The cost of the fighting force would be paid long term by the country, or countries involved in the fighting, that was 'rescued' by way of an american tax on their assets. Payment could also be made by way of supporting the american armies.
Poorer countries would be subsidised, initially by any country being affected by the backdrop of the war, or by the wealthier nations.
Sooner or later peace would break out?
