I think it is a guy thing.
I shall explain......
I have this friend who makes the most beautiful rum I have ever tasted. He makes it in his house in a still he has bought. I was chatting to him about how patient he is making it, [to make it as pure as he does, you have to sit and watch it very, very regularly] and how impressed I was when the 'bombshell' landed.
He is only making it as apparently, the world may end very soon due to Armageddon being just around the corner, and he reckons that the survivors will be grubbing around trying their best to cope. He reckons that alcohol, will be very valuable then, and he will make a good 'living' exchanging it for food, water and protection.
Warming to it, he added that he also had stocked up on tinned goods, and large tanks to store water in at the very last moment. He has even got himslef a few hand held crossbows.
Anyhow, I am just wondering if any of you have a guy stocking up and preparing for the end of the world too, as I do know there are plenty of web sites dedicated to it.
