When I was really young I was Introverted but, things changed when I was high school. It could have been the alcohol that helped out a lot there, but I really can't use that as an excuse. Life, that pretty much did take its toll.

im a lil bit of both. I love being loud when im around with people whom I knew wouldn't get offended but if not, I look at them as if they look weird or something..hahahaha!!
~ Throw me to the wolves and I will return leading the pack ~
Most of the time I just think of things and don't say it... or I think about it for a while before I say anything. I just don't feel comfortable around most people to really speak my mind openly. I kind of clam up, I guess.. lol
Professionally, I have no difficulty speaking up. You can't be a quiet boss. At the beginning of my career, I decided that what really counted was what I said, not how confidently I put it forward. I had a bad boss to thanks for that skill. She was the first bully I ever came across at work.

It took me awhile to offer opinions around those better educated than I.
It's easier for me to accept other opinions if they are more qualified.
I'm actually far more forward here than in real life.
But my experience on debate teams has sharpened my skills.
I can go toe to toe with many if I'm familiar with the topic.

That's not my problem... I'm just afraid of confrontation if people have a different opinion. I don't share my opinion if it's the opposite just to avoid drama. I will usually just do a little smirk.
Unless I already have an idea how the person would react or treat me (if they can nicely disagree).. then I will say my view.
Otherwise... I don't feel it's worth it to speak my mind if it's going to create issues with someone.

You must get rather frustrated some times. Coz you are more than capable.
