I was in their FB group for how many months now. though I am not that active to give some advice/opinions, I am not an expert that is, but I have my fair share of paranormal activities as well. I am sensitive to those "things" but I don't want to dwell myself on it for I am not that brave to see them. at the same time, I wanted to live a normal life and being like the experts means you need to spice up your life by giving in. Next month they will be launching their next Ghost walk again, and I really wanted to join. this time, I wanted to experience it myself but BF doesn't want me to go since it only means that he needs to go too. knowing him, he don't believe such "things" exist. I already told him that he doesn't need to come along and that I can handle myself. I don't want him to get in trouble or something but he is SO persistent to come along.
What are your beliefs or thoughts on this one? Any experience to share? and lastly, I still don't want my BF to go with me, LOL!

I am not a great believer, but I once heard someone catch their breath in my house just behind me, and there was no-one in at the time. My house was 600 years old and was generally reckoned to have been haunted. Apparently during the first world war, military horses were trained there. The ghost most people told me about was a stable maid who had been killed by a horse.

Weren't you afraid to settle in such an old house, Cherry?
Sally, I do believe in all that "paranormal stuff"! I saw strange things for a few times, but all of them I had a high temperature, so maybe that was just some side effect, but if not, then I saw "brownie", don't know if this word is correct, but google translate offers it to me))) One time it looked like an owl, coming out of the corner of my room, right where my bed was. And the second time it were two huge eyes, looking at me just from the wall. Both of those times I prayed until they disappeared.
And also once when I was ill, with really high temperature again, my grandma, who's really religious, asked her close friends to pray with her for me. They stood and prayed at my bed and I felt like something's leaving me, I was thrown up and down on the bed by some force and I should say when they finished my temperature was almost normal...
But I definitely wouldn't go on that Ghost walk as I'm a real coward)))
I must admit, hearing that half breath unsettled me a little as I had not known about the ghost. But, other than that, when you are not a great believer in ghosts, it is hard to think they might be scary.
It was lovely house, and well away from most everyone, I lived in a hamlet, our hamlet only had 5 houses. Mine was the oldest. It was actually built long before the entire village that was just down the road, that was built on reclaimed marshland.

I left that one when I walked away from my ex. He wrecked the place in order to cause a fuss at the divorce, and devalue the place. I think he also wanted to teach me a lesson.
Shame for the house, but I left it behind for a happier life.
Sally I hope you'll tell us everything in details if you decide to go with those guys.
Yes, we could read it in the dark and go to bed scared silly.
I can remember as a little kid, lying in bed, scaring myself silly with a torch. Coz, if there is one thing torches do better than providing light, it is providing scary shadows.

I can't say I know very much about paranormal.
I can be spacey at times my dad says. does that help? LOL!
I have night terrors where I see creepy things, so I avoid any paranormal activity things so that my mind doesn't try to recreate it while I sleep lol
..... and you recommended "The Hotel"?
What is that? lol
I don't recommend paranormal stuff; I don't watch them much. Every now and then I'll watch one if I think it's too dumb for me to be paranoid about lol or just to see what all the hubbub about it is =p Like those paranormal activity movies.. I watched one, and I didn't see why it was considered so scary??? lol

Was that not the title of that film you recommended with the torture scenes?
