When it comes to zombie movies, I think my interest is more in the people... and how they react to such apocalyptic circumstances. If the actors are good, then it's usually worth watching!

I saw Women in Gold last eek.
It was about an aging Jewish woman discovered a family painting, stolen by the Nazis was being displayed in Austria, and her hard fought battle for retrieval.
A true story about the courage of a woman and how powerful modern Nazis remain today.
Well, this one is supposed to be silly at least =p
I like zombie things that are more unique and funny. In IZombie, she is still pretty much human, but she has to eat brains to keep herself human, and when she eats brains she can see memories. She only eats brains from dead people, and she works in a morgue, so that makes it easier. Now some people just think she's a psychic because she can see how the people died and who did it lol it is definitely silly, and it's based on a comic book.
So, in other words, pretty much real life in Kentucky and Texas.

Believe it or not, I watched Dora the Explorer last evening. Exploradora is Spanish for a female explorer. I was intrigued by the way that they combined English and Spanish in a cartoon series. 2 thirds were spoken in English and the other third was in Spanish. For example, Dora and her friends were chasing a bad guy that had stolen her magical hat, and when they caught him she said that he must say that he was sorry. I knew that he would say "lo siento". It's very cool that kids can watch a cartoon show and learn another language at the same time.

Years ago the comedian Jack Klugman had a horse in the Triple Crown Stakes. He was told that at birth it was a filly, so he named the horse Jaklin. Turns out that the She was actually a He, but the name didn't change and, that She/He was a wonderful horse. Horses are beautiful creatures!
Some of my oldest favorites are Space Balls and Robin Hood: Men In Tights. I just always loved them, and being an adult has made me catch many other jokes that went over my head as a kid lol so they are even better now!
