it's actually not. they just go in through a computer to look at the dead persons memories to try to solve their deaths and at a certain point the brain breaks down and the memories start to dissolve and the stitcher has to get out or risk dying.

I won't comment on the original, but the sequel I found incomprehensible. Top to bottom it made no sense.

I watched Call the Midwife on Sunday, then the newest episode of The Chosen last night.

I have some movies waiting to be watched (as usual), but I'm more likely to go for shows with the shorter viewing time. I'm looking forward to finishing off Season 2 of Star Trek: Enterprise and starting Season 3. People generally say the third season is the worst, but I can always skip to Season 4 since I have that too! LOL

But "Bullet Train" (NETFLIX also) with Brad Pitt is different

"Action" isn't my thing, but "Bullet Train" is good, better than I thought it would be.

A mixture of over-the-top action with banter and humor. Pitt does this stuff well.

It is long and unrealistic of course. But I recommend it anyway.

Watching the preview made me remember I need to make my SO watch Inglourious Basterds... Brad Pitt was good in that, too.

I have started two new dramas this week.

Riptide, which is about a guy who goes missing while surfing, and mayflies, about a guy with cancer who tries to convince his best friend to assist with assisted dying. They are both really good dramas and worth the watch

I also watched the doc martin Christmas special, it was very good and ended quite well

Not at all , I like Warwick Davis and I enjoy fantasy. I'm not keen on too much being shot in the dark its lazy filmography . Some episodes verge on impossible because of the lighting.

We have the last two episodes of Star Trek: Prodigy to watch as a family tomorrow, and if there's time, we can also watch another episode of The Wingfeather Saga (free to watch online at angel.com/wingfeather). That'll make some good NYE viewing for us all.

I've finished Season 2 of Star Trek: Enterprise, just have the special features to watch before I move on to Season 3. (Special features are one reason I collect DVD sets. I'm nerdy like that now. LOL)

I started The Fellowship of the Ring recently, Extended Edition too! That's gonna take me a while, but I'll enjoy it!

And a blast from the past on Thursday: Knight Rider, Season 1. KITT still rocks!
